Cancellations

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to start work on custom pieces. After the deposit is made and the design is approved, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refund Policy for Returns

At HT Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

1.  The product arrives damaged, or
2.  You receive an incorrect item.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at ‘connect@htaccessories.in’ with a brief description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, unused items can be returned within 3-4 business days after notifying us.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of damaged products. After inspecting the returned items, we will determine if a refund or exchange is applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days.
